YOGA

Our yoga classes are taught at studios in and around Nanaimo, and we also offer private individual classes on their own or as a part of a "new mama nurture" package.

YOGA CLASS SCHEDULE

Mondays
9-10am // babies yoga (yoga for mamas with stationary babies)
1030-1130am // tots yoga (yoga for mamas with babes on the move - crawlers or walkers)
6-7pm // hatha yoga (not exclusive to prenatal or postnatal, but safe for both stages)

Tuesdays
530-630pm // prenatal yoga
