At Nurture, we believe very strongly in "mothering the mother." We want to help ease the transition as a new mama settles into her new role, her new body, and her new sleep routine (or lack thereof!)
We provide an array of flexible options to help nurture you as you find your way into mamahood.
All of the packages include some combination of the following:
- in-home time // time spent in your home helping in any way that works best for you (tidying, holding baby while you sleep, guiding you through a sequence of yoga postures to aid postpartum healing and fitness)
- food for the soul // pre-prepared nutritious meals that can be provided fresh or frozen. All meals are vegetarian, and have the option of being vegan, gluten-free, or any fulfilling any other dietary need that you may have
- body nurture // a printed series of yoga poses designed to help you ease your way physically into mamahood and to encourage your body to heal fully and safely
New Mama Nurture packages:
Option 1: the tidbit // $100
Includes three hours of in-home time, two pre-prepared meals, and a body nurture series with half an hour spent going over the postures in the series.
Option 2: the whole shebang // $200
Includes 6 hours of in-home time, 5 pre-prepared meals, and a body nurture series with half an hour spent going over the postures in the series
Option 3: custom // $25 per hour, or $15 per meal
Choose your preference of in-home time and pay by the hour, or pay for individual pre-prepared meals
